“The owner was extremely responsive to my needs. I live in a condominium complex with 99 units and the company we had before us could not control the cockroaches in it since I moved here in 2017. Over the past year in 2021, there has been an outbreak of cockroaches. After only one treatment and leaving a jar of honey open after their treatment, and after emptying every cabinet in my unit and storing everything, including food, in my garage , it feels like they have been eradicated. I just spoke to the owner who is going to have someone return in less than 10 days to inspect and review whether we need another treatment. I have never felt safer in my life. He made me feel much better and they can treat it with a foam that they guarantee for a year.
It’s a relief to find another alternative to tenting which while I know kills everything is always an option. It took me a while to find American city, but I’m very glad I did.“

We just moved into a home and some bees took up residence in our back fence. The service was able to non-lethally remove them safely so they could go rehive in another place. I'm talking ants in the bathtub, in the bed, in my dresser; I am a clean-freak and am cleaning and tidying near constantly, so the ants really made me feel disgusted to be in my own home. Now, however, it feels like home again!
