I would give zero if I could. I had an appointment but they never showed up. Finally sent me a text a week later asking if “I still wanted them to come.” When I asked if they were serious this time I got no response. Beyond unprofessional :(
Kid did a great job when we were watching, but after seemingly proving himself and receiving pay before he was done, took off, leaving the rest of the job undone. What he did do, he did well, however, so if you're available to supervise him, he's worth taking a chance on. Just needs to learn some integrity and follow through when he promises to do something. Also didn't call back when we asked him to come and see what he missed. As if we weren't going to check to make sure he finished the job! Hired him to clean our apartment after we moved out to get our deposit back. Cleaned the shower and tub very well, and got the gunk off the ceiling fan. Didn't vacuum and mop the floors, wipe off the kitchen counters, or clean the stove/oven as he promised to do. Also showed up 30 minutes late. Took us over an hour to clean up what he missed. If he didn't think he could finish it, he really should have said something, so we could have made other arrangements. You may take a chance on him; just don't leave him alone while he's working.
Juan did an amazing job. It feels like a whole new apartment, the kitchen is spotless, the bathroom is like brand new, and he made the floors look great. Juan is hard working & thorough - after the first clean he's now my weekly cleaner. I couldn't recommend him enough.
