Julie Biggs has been styling my hair for many years. I was delighted to follow her to the lovely new studio in the heart of San Pedro. My hair is always at its best when Julie has cut, colored, and styled it. My mom’s goal was to have a standing weekly appointment to have her hair done and she did just that (with Julie).
