    I'm new to this gym. I wanted to try something new so I started with Kickboxing. It was hard but I really enjoyed it and I felt welcome and totally appreciated the patience and attention from Kim who led the class. Today I tried 2 different classes led by Ian. First, Strap Strength which I assume is a TRX variant. I really liked this one! And then I stayed for the next class, Fit for Life. That was a totally different class that went through stretch, balance and resistance band strength exercises.     I have been doing Otf for over 5 years and there isn’t a better workout. I love all of the coaches and the staff is amazing. If you are thinking about trying it just do it! You won’t regret it!

    This place is the best kept secret in San Pedro and now I want to share it with everyone. It’s a small studio off the path by the harbor with great people. I have received so much healing from this place. My body is stronger, my mentality is sharper and clearer, and I have been making healthier choices ever since I joined. There are classes as early as 5:30am and as late as 5:45pm so there should be at least one class available to fit into your schedule. There are also stretch classes available so be sure to check that out as well.
