The owner was extremely responsive to my needs. I live in a condominium complex with 99 units and the company we had before us could not control the cockroaches in it since I moved here in 2017. Over the past year in 2021, there has been an outbreak of cockroaches. After only one treatment and leaving a jar of honey open after their treatment, and after emptying every cabinet in my unit and storing everything, including food, in my garage , it feels like they have been eradicated. I just spoke to the owner who is going to have someone return in less than 10 days to inspect and review whether we need another treatment. I have never felt safer in my life. And I have had no cockroaches approach my opened honey jar in 2 days since Monday and it is now Thursday. Take that, any company who wishes to challenge them!

Another pest control company stood me up after I had emptied my kitchen. I called Fortress and, surprinsingly, they accomodated me in a same day service. Previously I had called other 2 vendors whom either didn't pick up the call or couldn't do same day service. They showed up in time and did a fine job.

My wife discovered and trapped a rodent in the pantry on Dec 21st. I called Fortress from my work and spoke to Mike. That same day, four days before Christmas, he had Xavier at the house who took care of the problem and even came back Dec 26th to follow up. Mike was very understanding and Xavier was really courteous and professional. A great experience all around.
