“Bonito Painting came to us by a referral from a friend. Juan, the owner, was very sincere and honest and usually responded quickly to my text/email. We replaced windows at our house so we needed the house’s exterior to be painted entirely. We also asked the gazebo in the backyard to be painted. Juan and I met several times to discuss the scope of the project. I pointed out a few things I need fixed before painting: the rotten eve, a leaking gutter, the cracked front entrance door, and unwanted fixtures we put on the wall (old satellites dish stands and old surveillance cameras.)

Juan’s quote was honest and fitted our budget. After we decided to go with him, he asked a Sherwin Williams person to meet us at our house to pick the paint color. We wanted to have a lighter color this time. Once we decided a few possible colors we wanted to try, Juan came again to paint those colors on the wall to help us decide which one we liked the most. To have a more accurate result, he waited the paint to dry and painted the 2nd coat so we could have a clear view of what the color will look like on our house. We wanted a lighter color for our house overall but we also wanted to keep same colors on different parts of the house. He helped us to match the color we wanted to keep the same from Kelly Moore paint to Sherwin Willaims paint. He sent his guy again to paint those matching colors on the wall for us to see. Juan was good at matching those colors! It turned out they were almost identical so we didn’t have to try other similar colors.

When they started the project, there were a lot of prep work. They spent a great deal of time to well prepare the house for the painting. They power washed the wall, removed fixtures we wanted to be removed, fixed the eve and the gutter, patched holes and cracks on eves and walls, prep the front door, and finally covered all windows. It took them 3 days to do all these preparations! Once that was done, the painting itself went smoothly and quickly! Our house was a bigger size with 2 floors. It took them 5 days to finish. After everything was done, they washed the ground again and picked up all trash/debris.

I was quite happy with the result and already referred Bonito Painting to friends and neighbors. My house looks fantastic with great colors! I highly recommend Bonito Painting. The price was fair and the work quality was top notch!“
