Had my nails done here. I needed bright red polish I had gotten in Thailand removed and replaced by a more neutral color. I did not have an appointment but was able to get served quickly. The woman doing my nails removed the old polish and carefully cut my nails and removed my cuticles and repainted my nails in a light pink that I chose from a chart. They also offer pedicure services with several soaking tubs and also a men's barber. The salon is basic but they did a professional job efficiently at a reasonable price. Almost two weeks later the polish is still intact.

First off the first time I came NiNi was rude. I shook it off cause she did a decent job. 2nd time same person acted like she was fed up with me. Anytime I asked a question or requested a service she looked at me rude. Shook it off again because the job was decent. However this time the price changed. 3rd time I called ahead of time. Made an apt. Came in and was told oh no you must have dialed a different shop. I then showed her the call she said oh I don't know and walked away. I'm done it's 5 more nail shops in that same area. I don't have to pay for attitude. She don't even pretend to have any customer service. I'm sick of using the language barrier as an excuse to be rude. So much for them.

I thought I will be waiting forever since I didn't make an appointment but because it's Thursday morning and they were just opening for the day, I was in luck. The lady who did my pedicure (Rosei) is wonderful. She worked hard on my ingrown toes with special care. This has always been my problem. Where I live they don't or never ever do a job like she can to my frustration. Now I will always come here even if it's quite a distance from my home. What a treat and the foot massage, awesome.
