Asked to contact the dispatched locksmith, they answered then went silent for a week. Contacted KeyMe again, the matter was resolved in 48 hours. Grateful to see a level of professionalism and attentiveness that's ready to deal with complications.Charged me a $79 service fee to go away after failing to open one lock. Did not use lock picking tools, just some air bags and a large screwdriver. Had to get someone else. Learned KeyMe had destroyed the lock before they left. Furious is putting it lightly.
