I sincerely appreciate their honesty in project pricing, good communication skills (they are working on projects daily but they do respond in a timely manner), highly skilled workmanship, amazing attention to detail and impeccable work ethic. Cuellar Property Solutions completed a carpet/linoleum demo with a vinyl floor installation for a 498 sq ft family room. After demo it was obvious the concrete subflooring was going to need to be leveled prior to installing a 20mil vinyl plank flooring.
