This is an update, my original review was the wrong laundry it was laundry 2 and i meant to review this one. I keep seeing your answers that restrooms are available, I was told i could not use it. I think clearly staff withholds the restroom key. You write that they are available, try this...have an unknown person go to this laundry go in and do laundry and ask to use the restroom, see for yourself as you don't seem to believe people who say they were not allowed to use the restroom. I like this laundry, the washers work well, they accept credit cards and thats super helpful, the water got nice and hot in the washer and my clothes came out clean and fresh. The... read full review
After going to countless laundromats in Sacramento, Berkely, and Richmond, I can say without a doubt that BB's is the best one by FAR. It's not even close. Immaculate facilities, washers and dryers that work, and helpful staff that are actually available. What is it about laundromats that make you feel like the owners just abandoned them? That's not at all the case at BB's. I'll go out of my way to do my laundry at BB's. This place is the best!
