Although he will be missed, the new ownership is expected to maintain the same high standard. Guillermo is also doing a great job, and the team makes the shop feel fun, professional, and inviting. For visitors, Jefferson provides exceptional cuts, great conversation, and professional customer service, making it a recommended spot in San Mateo.
