Stylist was in a major hurry, ran the clippers through my head like she was giving me a buzz cut, which wasn’t the plan. Sloppy haircut followed by no air blower, brush or anything to clean up the hair on my head, face or clothes. I will not return.

It was my first time here. I walked in and asked if I was supposed to sign in. The woman cutting a man's hair told me no and to have a seat on the bench. A man walked in after me and she proceeded to sign him in and sit him down in the salon chair and began cutting his hair. I don't know if it was because I am a woman with long hair but it didn't seem like they wanted to help me. Feel discriminated against.

Helen provided me with a neat and clean haircut. I was in and out of there very quick with no wait time. She’s my go to person for haircut. Prior appointment needed but online booking/check-in makes the process very seamless.
