Again, like the Redwood City offices, you will be leaving a message,or several messages, whether you want an appointment or trying to refill a prescription or a general question. Just keep calling, maybe you will get a friendly person answering, maybe not. I had appointment, but someone had an "emergency",and so no one thought of calling me to reschedule, poor communication, disorganized. Nurse will rush thru blood pressure, questionable accuracy. Doctors are okay, but you need to be your own health advocate.

This place was much better than now a days. Too bad what’s going on now.
Before was so helpful, but now, they do appoint for a call consultation for more than a month. People when look for a doctor is right away, not 2 months later and they call you to change the date forward.
    Unbelievable.
Now seems like a private clinic, lost the fundamental purpose that is help people who in needed.
It’s 2 starts cause it was better in the past if not for sure none stars.

This place is a joke. I went to that Pacific client service they talk about to register for free medical services (or find out about eligibility) and they sent me to the Calworks without saying anything about their free clinic. When I asked they denied that they have a free clinic. Then I searched online and called the free clinic. I asked bout the eligibility and they had no clue who is eligible.
