We had a good experience doing our personal and business taxes with Robert for a few years: he's knowledgeable, friendly, happy to answer questions, available to meet even during the weekends (maybe that's part of the problem), and willing to give tax and financial planning advice for free (another red flag?). Sometimes it was hard to get an answer and it would take several texts, emails and/or calls until he responded, but overall it was acceptable.
He did a totally excellent job, kept his sense of humor, and I recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone needing an enrolled agent to do their taxes or to advise them on tax matters.
