I couldn't be happier with the result of using Radiant Solutions for my bedbug problem. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 roommates, and 2 of us had bedbugs in our bedrooms, even after 2 unsuccessful tries with one of the big extermination companies. Chris, the owner of Radiant Solutions, was a pleasure to work with, very thorough and patient. The cost included a canine inspection, which we just had today, and we are now officially bedbug free! Very thorough, attentive and empathic. Christopher is the guy you want to come into your house when dealing with a highly stressful problem like bedbugs. He is calm, patient, and thorough. He obviously understands that people are under stress when dealing with an infestation, and he has the demeanor of a good therapist. I noticed that his assistants were two very young men (probably just out of their teens) and it was that Christopher was a thoughtful and patient boss who treated them with great respect. This is not common, and I appreciated it. It's expensive, but not unreasonable considering the expertise, time, labor, and equipment it takes to do the job right. The team was meticulously attentive to COVID protocols.
