Peace of Mind did really good work at every step from first contact through completion. They showed up on time and they were polite. The quality of their work was excellent (I crawled under the house to check). I asked them to do a few extra braces that were not on the plan and they did these for me at no extra charge. I would give them a six if I could.

Peace of Mind Structural lived up to its name. I learned about them through the Earthquake Brace & Bolt (EBB) program. From the start they were extremely informative and helpful. Their quote was most reasonable and they guided me step by step through the program. All of the employees were extremely polite and caring. They know what they are doing and are very supportive. The work was completed in one day and the entire experience was the easiest work I have ever had done on my home. I will not hesitate to turn to them for future work I need done and highly recommend them.

Communication was prompt and reliable. Answered my questions well. I got several quotes and they were the best price. They were able to do the retrofit earlier than planned during a time we happened to not be home - they managed the process entirely with no needed input from us, and the basement was cleaner after they were done than when they started :)
