Let me start off by saying that I have visited multiple flooring retailers around the area. Outreach Flooring has a great selection of flooring and Rafael provided the best customer service. He is very knowledge on all of the different types of flooring they offer and was sure to guide me toward the flooring options that would work best for me. I was remodeling my home in San Carlos. I ended up purchasing 2,000 sqft of European Oak and it looks beautiful in my home! Their installation manager, Rolando I believe, did the job in only a couple days as I was in a time crunch. This place is a new business run by Rolando from Concept Materials in San Francisco. Which I guess explains why they don't have any Yelp reviews yet. I've already reviewed Rolando's work for concept materials but I'm adding a review here for him as a courtesy since his work was simply fantastic. Rolando and his brother plus their crews have done two jobs for me at my home in SF, involving hardwood flooring, vinyl flooring, transitions (between flooring types and rooms), baseboards, and stair nosing.
