The staff and doctors were immensely kind, knowledgeable, and patient with both me and my dog. They were extremely thorough in assessing my dog and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I am so grateful to Dr. Krants and the entire office for taking care of my boy!
I had a wonderful experience here, even though it was a sad time. Our sweet dog Norma Jean had a serious emergency & tough diagnosis. The staff were so empathetic, gentle and good at explaining what she was going through, and what they recommended. We are so grateful they were open on a Sunday night too. Special thanks to Dr. Luehman & Mary for their respect and kindness.
Our hearts are full of gratitude for the incredible care our dachshund Garnacha received at the this clinic. When she got bitten by a bulldog, which resulted in a deep wound, the team's response on Thanksgiving eve was nothing short of amazing. Despite the holiday rush and them being one of a few ERs open in the Peninsula, they treated Garnacha with such genuine concern, taking the time to walk us through the specifics and providing constant reassurance via phone calls.All the reviews about rude staff look very surprising to me.
