As others have written, I can't find any good points other than being able to communicate in Japanese.
When I called, I had the speaker on, so even my elementary school children could hear the conversation.
“Mom, aren’t you angry at something?”
    I noticed his irritating words.
...I was just asking. From beginning to end, the fight continued, and in the end,
    "I'm busy today!"
    I was yelled at.

The receptionist's response is too harsh. Arrogant attitude, rude words, lack of tact, lack of delicacy. There aren't many places where I can speak Japanese, so I'm patient and go here, but if that wasn't the case, I would never go there.
Also, I don't know if one of the female doctors is a veteran or not, but she makes sarcastic comments that don't consider the patient's point of view, and I can see that she's completely criticizing us. It's because I'm a doctor. I wonder if I've misunderstood something.
I think this is a really bad clinic.
