His expertise in identifying weaknesses and turning them into strengths has been instrumental. The gym has a good environment and complete equipment. Since it's by appointment only, there are very few people. The coaches are very professional and meticulous, carefully demonstrating each move and correcting form. They always ask if there are any questions, patiently explaining the muscles targeted by each exercise and its purpose and significance. Overall, clients see their body fat significantly decrease, their strength greatly improve, and their flexibility improve quite a bit. They learn many specialized exercises that are suitable for them. Working out with the gym's environment is actually fun and something to look forward to every week.
