I have been doing my lashes for years. I can't tell you how happy I was to find Vivian for my lashes. She is very detail orientated (my love language) and has really learned how to do them exactly how I like; full and plush with a splash of natural (Natural as in.. I wish I had long voluminous lashes naturally lol) . She is such a joy to visit every 2 weeks, I truly look forward to our appointments. She keeps me organized and always helps me reschedule my appointments before leaving.

She doesn't let me leave without a new spoolie and always reminds me to wash and brush my lashes. I feel she cares about my lashes just as much as I do. I get to be her walking art feature. I have never seen her be unprofessional in anyway. She does let me know it is ok to come in when her door is open or smiles every time I open the front door. I am unsure what "N.V's" experience was but I feel protective as I come so often, I can clearly state this has never happened and can attest I will not happen when anyone else comes in either.
Highly recommend Vivian for YUMI lash lifts. So thorough and gentle with my lift! Did exactly what I asked for as well. Her lash lifts also include lash tint which was such a nice surprise!
