REALLY bad tax experience i had , ended up owing way more then expected, I had to pay in advance before the job was done , it cost me $165 at that ,had to text Alberto throughout the week to be updated and it took a week to file, even though I had paid Alberto in advance he continued to put other tax fillers before me , and kept putting me on the back burner ,the reason for this is that apparently I was missing two health insurance documents and he needed me to send them over asap , so I did that ...on the same day with urgency I sent them ... But there was no need for urgency because it took the rest of the week and resending muttiple times to finally get it done . I wanna say thank you , but that's because that's just the type of person I am , but In reality I'm truly dissatisfied, infuriated even .it was just More stress to add to the day day struggles . For this rate .... And this type of service ? No. I'd much rather go to H&r block . Hell I'll even do it myself before going back here . Explore your options !!!!!!!! Don't be like me .
