Renee is not only skilled and efficient, but she also made made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to understand the look I wanted. I liked that she didn't try to upsell me when I just wanted to go for the basic version and have a set of lashes that don't look too dramatic while accentuating my eyes. I think she delivered exactly what I wanted. The quality of the lashes is excellent, she spent extra time to make sure every single extension is glued properly but the entire process was quicker than I expected. I really like this place. I keep coming here every 3-6 months for a facial and I leave my skin feeling so soft and rejuvenated every time. Renee is great, the facials and neck massages are so relaxing.The only thing is that they don't speak great english there, so communicating with the staff is a bit tricky. They're not always available if you walk into the store, so I've had success by calling and making an appointment.I keep coming back here because the price point is so good, and I honestly haven't enjoyed facials anywhere else.
I came in for the first time today and Jesse took SUCH good care of me, I really felt like she cared and put thought into every single eyelash extension :) The vibe was very soft and relaxing with faint music playing in the background. The lashes I got were the Luxury 2D in the cat-eye style I believe. I just got them so I'm not sure about retention but they don't feel too uncomfortable on my eye. Highly recommend Jesse if you're doing eyelash extensions, she's so sweet and caring!
