    I've been training with Charles for a little under 2 years. He's the first personal trainer I've ever had and it's been a transformative experience. I went from never deadlifting to deadlifting 315lbs, among other milestones.Just trust the process with Charles and you'll be amazed with the results.

    I can't speak highly enough of Eileen and would highly recommend her to anybody. We started working with Eileen because we wanted to learn proper technique and learn to love lifting, especially after many sedentary months during Covid. She was able to provide us each with tremendous attention and was an excellent teacher. I personally hadn't lifted in many years and had a number of issues with my form but with Eileen's careful attention and instruction I've built a strong foundation to continue making gains.
