During dinner one night water started leaking from above. Not good...it was after hours and we didn't know what to do to stop it. I called Fast Response and they let me know they couldn't send someone until the next day, but they would walk us through turning off our main water valve to stop the leak/ damage. We really appreciated the professionalism and help. I felt like I had called a friend or family member when speaking with the gentleman that answered the phone.
Esvin and Yefrin were amazing! As their name suggests, they were Fast! We called on Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment and they were here first thing Monday morning. They helped me snake a clogged bathroom sink drain, advised what caused the backup and even added an extension to the P trap to have the water flow better. They were extremely professional, clean, and helpful. Very reasonable pricing and credit card payment was a breeze. Highly recommend them; they will definitely be my go-to plumbing service in the future.
Loved working with this team! They were quick to put me on their schedule and Jim knew exactly what he was doing. I needed all the supply lines replaced and the supply line to the washer was difficult to reach, they went above and beyond to get the job done. I will definitely use them again in the future!
