Dr. Lai and his team are always fantastic. He's an amazing eye doctor who takes his time with his patients. I never feel rushed. He is great at working with me to find the best solution for my vision. I have readers but I also like lenses. We tried a couple options until we found the best ones. The staff are super helpful with picking out frames that fit my face. They walk you through the bill so you know what you're paying for and what insurance covers so you don't leave with li Geri f questions. I have been going to Eyeworks for over a decade and will continue to do so as long as I have eyes
New staff seem pretty good, Helpful even when I had a lot of glasses to adjust. not as knowledgeable of product lines as previous staff I've worked with but with time, that should improve.
Dr. Gary Lai was professional, informative, and kind. He answered all of my questions with ease. I purchase new contact lenses and a pair of glasses. Reflecting on my appointment, I have no complaints. Will be visiting this office again, next year for my annual eye doctor appointment.
