A close friend suggested that I go to Dr. All for the tendinitis in my right arm. I am a huge proponent of evidence based medicine and I was very disappointed with my visit. Doctor All waved a hand-held pendulum over different parts of my body and talked about my "energies" being "off". He then had me lay down on my back and placed cards on my chest and pulled my arms up and down for about 30 minutes saying that he's getting a "yes" or "no" depending on if my thumbs matched up. Dr Nicholas is truly the BEST of the BEST HE will perform whatever treatments I need during my visit so I will feel much better & healed before I leave..sometimes I am there for several hours NOT the norm 15 mins in & out Chiropractor adjustment..he truly heals my Body, Mind & Spirit..With such a holistic approach & constantly updating with newer information & healing treatments..Being his patients we are so Blessed & Grateful & Dr Nicholas you are truly One of a Kind !!We All LOVE YOU!

I have been with Dr. All for nearly 10 years. He is the best Chiropractor I have ever had work on me. He is caring, asks lots of questions and does a thorough diagnosis before ever doing anything. Many of my friends use him. In fact, it was a friend that referred me to him years ago after I had another Chiropractor that was pretty good, but not nearly as good as Dr. All
