A close friend suggested that I go to Dr. All for the tendinitis in my right arm. I am a huge proponent of evidence based medicine and I was very disappointed with my visit. Doctor All waved a hand-held pendulum over different parts of my body and talked about my "energies" being "off". He then had me lay down on my back and placed cards on my chest and pulled my arms up and down for about 30 minutes saying that he's getting a "yes" or "no" depending on if my thumbs matched up. He spent a lot of time sharing anecdotes and rambling on about how medical doctors don't know what they are talking about and how the medical industry wants to keep you sick. My visit with him took 2 hours and we only spent 10 minutes addressing my tendinitis. He then charged me a whopping $375 for my visit. I was livid but I paid him anyway because I failed to ask him his hourly rate at the beginning of our visit. I wasn't a big fan of "Woo" or pseudoscience to begin with but I didn't want to make a judgment without at least giving it a try. Needless to say, I learned an expensive lesson and won't be returning to Dr. Nicholas All. Evol

Dr Nicholas is truly the BEST of the BEST HE will perform whatever treatments I need during my visit so I will feel much better & healed before I leave..sometimes I am there for several hours NOT the norm 15 mins in & out Chiropractor adjustment..he truly heals my Body, Mind & Spirit..With such a holistic approach & constantly updating with newer information & healing treatments..Being his patients we are so Blessed & Grateful & Dr Nicholas you are truly One of a Kind !!We All LOVE YOU!

I have been with Dr. All for nearly 10 years. He is the best Chiropractor I have ever had work on me. He is caring, asks lots of questions and does a thorough diagnosis before ever doing anything.
