Our old Carrier furnace started making a rattling noise coming out of the cooling fan. Called CP Mechanical who called us back and made an appointment. The technician came out and examined and serviced the unit for a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some information about the unit and what to expect. Highly recommend this business and will definitely call them again when need be.

Had a heating issue and after an exhaustive run around cp mechanical provided * great customer service (rare these days) * prompt service * expert technician I wished I could remember the Technicians name to give him a shout out. He was amazing! Anyways, its nice to still experience an organization with good service and product. I don't write many reviews, these guys exceeded my expectations.

I was super-impressed with Brad's follow-up. My Nest thermostat failed and Brad and another CP tech, Steve, recommended certain follow-up steps. I figured that was that, and I was on my own -- but Brad texted the next day to see if I had gotten things ironed out. As it happened, I had fixed things by adding a C-wire, but I thought it was great that Brad cared enough to check in.
