I am a Board member in charge of maintenance projects in a 70+ unit condo and, after interviewing and obtaining bids from other waterproofing companies, the decision was made to award two contracts to Roy of CAWC. The best evidence of homeowners’ satisfaction were the many positive comments received not only about the work being performed, but also the courtesy and cleanliness of the crews.
