This review is for Lyn. I had been going to salons recommended by friends in San Francisco, Santa Clara and some in between for the last couple years. Every time I showed the hair dresser how I wanted my hair style to look on my phone. They glanced at it and cut my hair the way they wanted/knew how. I could usually tell where things went wrong (when they started cutting my hair horizontally), but I was half way thru the cut already and had to console myself that I could look for a new salon next time. The stylists at this salon are all so kind and really great at listening to your needs. I myself have a mess of frizzy curls on top of my head and they have helped with tips and tricks along the way. My daughter had not one but two terrible experiences at other salons (inches chopped off as opposed to a trim) and she will never go anywhere else than Artisan from now on. The whole family loves them!
I took my daughter there for a haircut and it was so lovely:) Lyn listened to what we wanted and was so professional. The salon itself is very welcoming and unique, we’ll definitely be going back!
