I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional after-hours pediatric care provided by this clinic. The staff was professional, caring, and attentive to my child's needs. The doctor was thorough in the examination and treatment, ensuring my child received the best care possible. They followed up with phone calls couple of times which is uncommon in today’s world. I highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding service and dedication to children's health. Thank you for being there when we needed it the most.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and met with the doctor right on time; we were not kept waiting. The doctor listened to us carefully and took enough time with us. I would like to thank the entire team for the time they dedicated and the interest they showed.
My son desperately needed to be seen by a pediatrician and it was late in the evening so he couldn’t be seen by his primary physician. I am so grateful for After Hours Pediatrics in San Mateo for making availability for my son to be seen. They were amazing and gave us an appointment the same day! The pediatrician that seen my son truly genuinely cared for him and did everything she could to be thorough in her examination of him. We found out our son had a serious infection in his knee and if left untreated he could have gotten very sick. Everyone here was truly a God send for us!
