Dead Tesla 3 in my driveway this AM. Called 10-4 - Armando showed up in about an hour, expertly waking up my vehicle using external battery sufficiently to drive it onto flatbed truck and take to service center. Terrific work and obvious knowledge and experience demonstrated by Armando, and also the 10-4 service desk person who took my call!

My shift cable in my Denali broke as I parked in the tiny Bel Mateo Bowling parking lot. I called 10-4 Towing and they said a flatbed could be there in about an hour or so. They updated me via text. The driver, Miguel, was very nice and professional. I was worried because my truck was stuck in Reverse so I was concerned about my transmission. Everything seemed ok and Miguel was able to get my truck out of that little parking lot no problem. One of the workers from the bowling alley came out to help because they’ve had issues with tow trucks not being able to get cars out. Service by Ben was very good today towing my 2022 Honda accord to the dealership after small front end damage to my vehicle he gave me good advice and his truck was clean and pleasant to be in, highly recommended and I will use them again if needed
