I have several properties through FID home warranty that South County Plumbing has serviced for years. I’m an out -of- state property owner and having the comfort of knowing that I can always rely on South County Pluming never disappoints. The professionalism, honesty that I receive from Anna outstanding from the time I book the appointment, the quick response to service both warranty related repairs and or plumbing repairs not covered by their warranty policy. This company has been a life saver, especially in an emergency situation. Thank you to Kevin who takes his to follow up with a call after the service is completed.South County Plumbing is one company that is...read full review
Please disregard the negative comments! This company was outstanding in working with my home warranty for the necessary coverage on a major leak in wall and water heater repair. The warranty wanted to deny the entire claim but this company went to bat for my family saving us *hundreds* of dollars for the repair. The warranty dictates what the plumber can or can not repair. Very clean and professional. He didn't stop there, but speculated if it has to do with water pressure as these issues are not common. He went and checked water pressure and found PVR has an issue and it is no more regulating water pressure. He and Kevin co-ordinated with warranty company and got approval for PVR replacement, got part from their inventory store and...read full review
