I really appreciate it when a business prioritizes the customer. Even though they lost my favorite jacket, they made an effort to locate it. When they couldn't find it, even after several months, they upheld their policy and offered to partially cover the cost of the lost item. I will gladly continue using them in the future.

LIFE SAVERS. I needed an urgent, quick turnaround alternation on dress pants for my boyfriend's event. I was trying to find a tailor who could help take on this job for a same-day pick up, but unfortunately no one was able to help EXCEPT UNIQUE CLEANERS. I reached out via Yelp and received a response within the hour, letting me know to call & stop by the shop in the morning for a consultation. Every other tailor was fully booked and I was getting stressed, crossing my fingers that Unique Cleaners could take this on since they were my ONLY option after all the inquiries. Super professional staff. Quality job done. Will be back for any future tailoring needs. :)

I found this gem just a few blocks from where I live. I had 5 Pais of pants that I have been meaning to get altered, but just couldn't find a place. I came into Unique Cleaners and knew this was the place. The owner, Susie, was amazing. The pants fit perfect and I am so happy with the service. This is my go to spot from now on.
