I work out at the exercise coach weekly and gain excellent strength. The staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. They use AI software to track the progress and let me know the area I could improve. I could view my report in the real time and very encouraging to continue because I got instant feedbacks right away to make adjustments if needed. This is the BEST place to work out and I LOVE it.
If you want to gain strength, this works! It’s an AI powered strength training which can be very intense if that’s what you want. I’m 68 and gained so much strength in my legs I became stronger than some of the 20 something trainers. If you follow the program you will 100% get much stronger. Which is the whole point of it. Highly recommended
I have been a client at The Exercise Coach for 4 years now and highly recommend them! I love the efficiency of the strength training program and have improved and maintained by strength tremendously. The coaches are really friendly and give you that extra motivation to get those last few exhausting reps done! I like working out in a smaller, quite studio environment. Weight training is so important and I love having their support and not having to spend hours in a gym.
