Josue surveyed the exterior of our house thoroughly and found several holes where rats could potentially enter, holes that were missed by a different exterminator two years prior. After blocking them and setting traps, he returned weekly to further inspect his work and dispose of any rats caught in the traps. After about 3 weeks, we didn't have any more rats. It has been 4 months since then, and we haven't heard or seen a rat since.“

Daniel and his team came out and did an inspection of the house which helped us negotiate with the sellers in escrow. Titan came out as soon as we closed to tent the house and make repairs. The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.

I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!
