“I am very happy with my new kitchen, and I have Alex and his team at Kitchen By Design to thank for it. It was by chance I happened upon their store while visiting Sherman Williams next door for exterior paint. I stopped by unannounced and was warmly welcomed. Alex said he would come to my home the following day to take measurements. True to his word, he showed up on time, and within a day or two showed me a layout with a cost estimate that was within my budget, along with outlining the scope of work and writing up a contract. The estimated project time was three and a half weeks. I signed on the bottom line and the work began the following week. Alex was great to work with and was professional, and responsive to any of my questions or concerns. By having a storefront with an assortment of good quality, cabinets, tile, fixtures and fittings to choose from, I felt more comfortable working with Kitchen By Design vs other contractors that showed up at my home in a truck with a tape measure, notepad and a pencil behind one ear. Given I was not able to be on-site the entire time, technology played a huge part in keeping the project on track. Alex kept me up to date with progress. He got input from me when necessary, and the project completed on time. When I walk into my new kitchen, I still can't believe it's finished.
