I have never wanted there to be zero stars more than for this company! I brought clothing in for the second time, even though my first experience was poor at best. The first time things came back still with stains. My husband took them to the cleaners close to his office and they came back clean. Also the price was about double what the other dry cleaner charged.I brought the second load because it is a convenient place for me to go. Before I could pick them up I ended up having surgery that didn't go well and I got very ill. They did call and remind me that I had things to pick up and I explained that I was in the hospital. Wow, just picked up a blanket I'd brought in for dry cleaning. Charged me $45. My bad for not having checked the price when I dropped it off, but I could have bought a new blanket for HALF that price. I won't use them again.
