Afghan combat vet here. 10th mnt div. Wasn't feeling too well today. A bit down in spirits. Lookd for a bar on maps. Saw VFW pop up. I've never heard of VFW, but decided yo stop by. Got excited to hang out with some other prior service people. The guy at to door didn't even have the decency to open the screen door to speak with me. Kept it shut. Didn't let me in because I don't have a card. (I have not had a CAC in 10 years, and I don't use VA.) Anyway..... I old him I was a vet, but he kicked me away anyway. Great stuff guys.

Both the employees and the volunteers are so nice, and they're so passionate about their work. The Sunday breakfast is great and it's always nice to walk in and see a familiar face. Everyone has been so helpful to my husband and I and our growing family.

Great Place! Great People! Come in on Sunday mornings for great breakfast and open to the public. Ask about getting membership as everyone working the bar are all helpful. Most of all support our Vets!
