“Above and beyond!! I was coming in a rush because I didn't want to be late, Kevin greeted me, took VS and even offered me a snack because I hadn't had time to get a meal. Dr Kalina was fantastic as always and so was Nicole who was assisting him. I left feeling taken care of after a long day.“
“Today I saw the PA Kathrine (Katie) in Carlsbad. She seems knowledgeable and caring. I am impressed not only with her but the way owner, Monica Perlman, runs her operation. I also like that there are various facilities around San Diego and North County. They are efficient with my information. I would give them an excellent rating.“
“Very friendly and excellent treatment with attention to detail. A great welcoming Hygienist. Everything is clean and organized. ?“
“Carbon Healthcare is an excellent urgent care. I was pleasantly surprised. A way better experience than ER. The physician was knowledgeable and compassionate.“
“I love going here. It’s always quick and easy, everyone is super nice and friendly. I always leave feeling a lot better and the space is super clean.“
“I'm 67 and have had medical issues throughout my adult life. This is by way of saying I've seen MANY doctors, some utterly wonderful and more than a few that were less than stellar or downright terrible. So it goes... My experience at UCSD Health in Rancho Bernardo ranks among the best care I've received. There are many specific and little pieces that make up the mosaic of care. Here are a few: 1. I have yet to wait more than 10 minutes to be called into the exam room. 2. Upon entering the exam room, I'm immediately met with a nursing assistant that examines me, takes my BP, temp, asks questions, is warm, friendly and human. 3. Regarding taking BP, the nurse always waits 5-10 minutes before activating the cuff to take reading, giving me time to relax, suggesting that I take some calming, unhurried breaths. In all the years I've seen doctors and had countless BPs, I've never had a nurse take such time and care. It's always been, sit down, slap on the cuff and take the reading. 4. After nurse has finished, my PCP (an actual medical doctor, not an NP) comes in almost immediately. 5. PCP also takes her time, asking lots of questions, listening intently to my responses, asking follow-up questions, digging into my extensive chart, outlining a well-explained and cogent plan for bettering my health. 6. On my first visit, both the nurse (always the same one, which is nice for a sense of continuity of care) and my PCP had prepped for my visit by reading through what I know are extensive health records. My PCP had clearly absorbed much of my medical history as evinced by her comments and questions. She spent a full hour with me, going over my health concerns and needs and laying out what we'd be working on in subsequent appointments. 7. PCP communicates via MyChart messages, letting me know about test results and points of concern. Upshot: I feel utterly cared for; I feel that my well-being matters and that my provider(s) care and are invested in my journey to improve my health. I really can't think of anything even remotely critical or negative to say. I've had only one other physician I can say the same the same about. I can't speak for the other providers at this clinic, only about my own experience. So far, everyone I've dealt with has been very helpful, kind and professional.“
“My wife was recently walking our two small dogs when they were viciously attacked by an off-leash dog. Both were torn up badly; the smaller one suffered a broken leg and fractured rib... and we almost lost her. Thank God for Animal Urgent Care. They leapt to action when we entered the clinic, watched the dogs overnight, and have provided quick and attentive after care for them both. We credit the team there with saving our precious pups. In all the confusion and our many visits we have not captured the names of everyone who helped us... but they have all been wonderful. Special thanks though to Jessie, Casey, Brittany, Dr. Maiello and Dr. DeLorenzo. I don't think they could have given our dogs better care if they were their own.“
“This office has changed my life. Dr. Cox is the most wonderful human that I ever met and I’m so grateful for her. I also receive services through their behavioral health department and everyone I have spoken to has helped me so much. I finally feel healthy mentally and physically and it really is thanks to this wonderful medical team and all the resources they provide. We’re so lucky to have this office in Escondido!“
“Excellent caring staff. Amazing office! Super star Katie! Time always taken to diagnose correctly. Always available. We're deeply grateful for the difference they've made in our lives for many years now. Thank you.“
“Expert care, kind efficient and I never have to wait to see the Doctor, I walk in and before I even get to the desk they've called my name outstanding.“
“The staff here was so kind and transparent from check in to discharge. I waited for about an hour and 15 mins and just watched Netflix on my phone to make the time pass. From when I was called back to triage to seeing the provider was max 15 mins. Truly grateful for a smooth urgent care visit!!“
“I visited this morning and was given excellent care. The nurse practitioner and medical assistants were caring and thorough. Thank you!“
“Dr. Lombardi and nurse Daisy are the absolute best!! Caring, attentive, and funny personalities. Being an overweight dark-skinned black woman (yes, it matters) adds a special level of anxiety when going to a doctor's office. I've never been afraid to voice my concerns or ask questions. I've always been taken seriously and treated with respect. I highly recommend this team! As far as the office: plenty of parking, always clean, coffee cart outside, most services you'd need are in the building, nice staff all around.“
“I have had nothing but good experiences coming here, the front desk staff is very professional & kind & the OBGYN is great, she is very caring & listens to all your concerns.“
“Had to get clearance for my oral surgery for next week. I was greeted with a friendly face from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. All in all I had a very pleasant visit.“
“Scheduling was not a problem at all. I was a walk in at a non-busy time of day. Check in was so easy and the staff at the desk was helpful, bringing papers to me as I had a back injury. The entire staff was friendly and professional from the front desk to the nurse and the practicioner as well as the X-ray technician. The waiting area, exam room and even the bathroom were very clean. Overall, it was an A+ experience! I would recommend this provider for Urgent Care needs.“
