Used United Top Quality Construction Inc to do our entire downstairs floors, some cabinet repair from water damage and to install a modern, electric fireplace, and we are very happy and grateful customers. United Top Quality Construction recently did an amazing job at our house. Joel and his crew came to our place when we had a flood problem. Joel was quick and on task, very reliable, commutative and responded to all our questions; to include suggestions on the type of floor that would work better for us. Our house floors look wonderful and we are happy and very satisfied with his work. United Top Quality Construction has earned our trust and we will look forward to work with Joel with any other jobs needed.

We remodeled our living room by removing a patio door and windows and replaced them with one large sliding glass door to open up our view and access to the backyard. Joel came as a recommendation from a family member (he had remodeled their entire home beautifully), and helped us through the entire process of permitting, design and engineering. Prior to contracting with Joel, I called several other contractors to get bids and nearly all of them were grossly inflated or didn't have a good understanding of how to execute the job properly. Joel knew what to do and was extremely helpful, honest and reasonably priced. He was a joy to have around and always delivered upon what he said he would do, and the job site was always left clean at the end of the day. The city inspector raved that "this is the best job I've ever seen," after approving the structural support beam installation for our new sliding glass door. Thank you Joel!
