We bought some Milgard windows that were installed as retrofit windows. We got an excellent price and they also provided us with the contact for different installers. Overall the process was easy and they beat the prices of several other companies. Also, they have a showroom where you can see several brands of windows and doors.

I was looking for a hard to find pass-through window for my kitchen to my patio. Most window suppliers aren't even sure what that is?
They had exactly what I needed just when I was starting to give up. Nick was patient and polite plus one of the owners give me a brief tutorial comparing steel windows to others. He also advised my builder and I on exactly how it needs to be installed for a good seal. This is the place for unique items at a reasonable price. Not inexpensive but worth it when you get what you need to make your design happen. Thank you!
