Great space infused with philosophy, wisdom, and spirituality as well as sufficient props for Iyengar yoga usage, as well as yoga rope walls. Classes are small and the space is intimate. Kathleen the instructor has been teaching for over 30 years. She owns the studio and keeps it beautiful! Everybody is friendly and caring in this environment! Instruction is stellar and everybody is given individualized instruction for every pose. This is a place to come home to!
this is a wonderful yoga studio Tucked away in San Marcos, in San Diego county. Kathleen, the owner, has been teaching for over 30 years and is a dedicated Iyengar professional. Most students are regulars because the class is so fantastic. it is a type of yoga that uses a lot of props and there are sufficient props for everyone, as well as rope walls. The instruction is tailored to each student at all times... Throughout the entire class. You will never be left in a pose not knowing what to do. The teachers make adjustments continually for every student so that they are the most comfortable and getting the most benefit from the pose being taught. Classes infuse Philosophy, wisdom, and spirituality. prices are reasonable, amenities are available. Highly recommend it!
I was so lucky to find this wonderful yoga studio while visiting my son's house to babysit grandson. Kathleen was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle soul to lead the class full of different skilled students. I fully enjoyed the whole experience of attending her classes. 2 hours of class sure made my mind and body rejuvenated.Thank you Kathleen. I will visit the class when I go to my son's house next time again!
