Hello to everyone. My name is Sam a senior citizen who is living in San Marcos,CA. My window balancers was broke a few times within last 2 years. I'm very ill and get small amount from my retirement. I was not able to pay even parts on Balancers window as my landlord told me to fix them as she believes that I was using it a lot and that's why it's broke and I had to pay from my pocket!!! Although it took a couple of days to get a response (their supplier's timing) we had a small window replaced and another recaulked. The technician was quick, thorough, and friendly.
I called in asking if they could cut some glass for me I was able to come into the shop give them a piece of the old glass and they cut a new piece for me identical to the glass I needed. It was cut perfectly and the edges were sanded which I appreciated. I will be coming here again
