We are super happy with Ruby Turf Direct! From the minute we met Lisa and her business partner at their warehouse they were wonderful. She answered all our questions, was quick to respond via text and email with various quotes based on our own indecisiveness. She continued to answer all our questions and was so kind and helpful. They arranged delivery quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. She helped us with the infill, nails, seam tape, etc. We had previously picked up samples from RCP and other places and liked their products much better, ultimately choosing their “pet” product.
