Rancho Santa Fe Apartment Homes has the best maintenance staff! They are knowledgeable,friendly,always address requests in a timely manner and never leave a mess behind!! They are Covid sensitive, so they are wearing masks and gloves. I would like to do a shout out to my man, LOUIE, who fixed the drainage problem with my kitchen sink. The top lattice part of a section of old wooden fence at our house was recently damaged and needed to be repaired/replaced. Cliston did an amazing job in restoring it. He delivered with a high quality product in the quick timeframe that was proposed. I definitely would call Cliston again in the future for any fence-repair work and I don't hesitate in recommending him.
