I purchased a pool cover from Poolsafe approximately 2 1/2 years ago, which came with a 5-year warranty from Automatic Pool Covers, Inc. Unfortunately, within this relatively short period, the cover developed a defect. While I fully expected the company to honor their warranty and provide a repair or replacement, I've instead been met with resistance and a lack of willingness to address the issue.The company's response has been deeply disappointing and has demonstrated a lack of commitment to customer service and integrity. It's concerning when a company does not stand by its products and the warranties associated with them. I had hoped for a straightforward resolution, but this experience has been unnecessarily complicated and stressful.I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other options before doing business with Poolsafe. The lack of support and accountability I've experienced has been quite unfortunate.

They did a good job on past work. I scheduled a maintenance and was quoted $280+/-. They tech showed up, vacuumed the vault and sprayed bit of WD40 and was gone in 40 minutes. No adjustment, just vacuum and WD40. BTW, the first tech who showed up parked across my driveway and when I asked him to move his truck got all huffy and said he was leaving. Rude!
