I went twice, once for a pap and once for lab work. I love that they do the lab work there, makes it so much easier. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a billing mix up that they were quick to resolve. The doctor I saw took the time to ask me questions and listen to me.

Thought I had found a great clinic. Staff was nice for the first 2 visits. Then April 6th came and they refused to treat me unless I wore a face diaper. Sorry I cannot comply with your ridiculous demands.I was turned away from NH in San Marcos on April 6th. The staff lied, said the Doctor refused to see me. He called me later that day informing me of the Truth.The Doctor did not refuse to see me. Their Front Desk Staff are liars. This is now 2 appointments they have refused to see me on. 1st was a follow up to an ER stay. Now the 2nd is their refusal to treat me on April 6th.Dr Medway gets 5 stars. I love this location. The Medical staff and Office staff have always been extremely friendly and very professional. If I see a Dr, PA, or NP other than my primary, it's never a hassle. I highly recommend this location!
