“So happy I found the Beauty Lounge in San Marcos, CA. Upon arrival, you are met with a beautiful waiting room with plenty of opportunities to take photos for the 'gram. It was almost too pretty. I was concerned that maybe they would try to do the hard upsell. Was I wrong! My experience was completely the opposite. When I arrived, I was pretty certain I wanted a specific treatment. They took the time to listen and understand my expectations. Then we had a discussion about what would really work for me. It was so refreshing to really have a consultation and not just a grab for my credit card. My appointment was with Jessica. She made sure we reviewed the procedure and even made some suggestions to improve the treatment. Her demeanor, friendliness and active listening, has made me a repeat customer. One last thing worth mentioning: The place was so clean, it shone. It was spotless. Everything very organized, neatly labeled. Counters were clean with only the necessary things on them. It gave me peace of mind that I would not be exposed to any unwanted side effects. Love the clean! I look forward to continuing to use them and working closely with Jessica to meet my goals. “Jihan Brueggemann is a great assistant. She's like a good girlfriend that's supportive and builds you up. She's also very knowledgeable and kind. I go for the weight loss semaglutide shot. Before I decided, Jihan was able to answer all my questions and made me feel real comfortable about my decision. I've lost a total of 14 pounds. I decided to take the shots at home and used them for the whole month of November and so far once in December. Hoping to be down a total of 20 by the 31st of December. I'm taking my time loosing weight and allowing the meds to adjust to my body and I'm paying attention to how it makes me feel and if there are any side effects and there are none and I feel great!
